CURRENT ROUTINE

  • Wake up
  • Make tea
  • Prepare lunch
  • Lay in bed and stare at phone
  • Leave for work at 7:50am

TO ADD

  • Take a walk
  • Brush teeth
  • Exercise
    • Stretch
    • Walk
    • Plank
    • Squats
    • Push-ups

TO REMOVE

  • Lay in bed and stare at phone

TO CHANGE

  • Leave for work at 7:40am
