Hard Drive Rack

About
This is a rack that holds 5 HDDs with a built-in fan. It also features a PSU hookup.
This device may be broken. It seems the PSU that had previously been attached to it no longer works. I will have to do some testing to see if the board for this is shot too. The only way I can think of it to plug another PSU into it, one I know for certain works.
- PSU
- Cords
- Daisy-chained power cords
- Adapters maybe?
- Individual data cables (depends on type of drive)
- Daisy-chained power cords
- More drives
- PCI card for adding data ports (USB or otherwise)
Is there a way to add switches to individual power cords for drives so I can shut down a single drive without pulling cables out all the time? Maybe I would have to splice this in or make some sort of rigged switch array.
Test the PSUs that were pulled from HOMESERV and Hard Drive Rack, they may still work. The problem might be with Hard Drive Rack's board
