This router is a secondary network connection to the ComcastRouter, basically allowing the DynexTV and other devices to have a better connection to Wi-Fi. The ComcastRouterbeing downstairs makes it a much less reliable wireless connection.

I still need to set up the DynexTV so it is connected to this router instead of the ComcastRouter. I'm not entirely sure yet if this router is working properly so I would like to confirm that before committing to the DynexTV being connected to it.

Does this have VPN capabilities? What type of VPN is it? Has to be better than PPTP for it to be useful.
