Duck DNS is a free service which will point a DNS (sub domains of duckdns.org) to an IP of your choice.
I FINALLY got this working! I ended up switching the Comcast Router to High Security level for another reason entirely and on a whim, I tired the URL imamouse111.duckdns.org:8998 for TiddlyWiki and it opened (slow but it opened).
Yes, this seems to be working great for all apps so far. All I need to do is add port forwarding for each app on ComcastRouter and type the port at the end of the DuckDNSURL.
