I'd also like to set up a separate DuckDNS domain for Plex Wiki so it's a little more clear what users are visiting.

Creation

How will users need to be created? Will I need to add users in Open Media Vault so they can access everything? Or are they ok without? I'll have to set up a test user account to check.

Naming Convention

Need to choose a naming convention for users. Would first initial last name work? Convention needs to work across all apps. May have to check username requirements for all apps before making this decision. Consider limitations such as use of caps, character limit, availability, etc.

Options:

First 4 letters of first name, first 4 letters of last name - justmorg

Permissions

Can I set users to read only for everything or will they need edit capabilities?

Ombi permissions will depend on the type of user. May create a set of policies for upgrading users. For example, if they request a certain number of movies/shows, they get upgraded to power users. Or if a certain number of their requests gets voted in, they get upgraded.
