I've decided I need to make journaling part of my routine. I mean, it kind of its but it isn't as much as it should be. It needs to be a daily thing. I need to focus on accomplishing goals and doing everything I can to do so. Another focus should be diet and exercise. I should keep a food journal as well as an exercise journal. Obviously they can be the same journal, this one but maybe I should separate entries to make it less complicated? Anyway, I need to track what I'm eating and how often I'm eating what. This should help keep me accountable and help me notice what triggers make me slip. Exercise for the same reason. I should be stating what exercise if any I did that day, or the day before, and if I didn't do any, I will know and hold myself accountable. My goals should be long and short term goals and should focus on career and life.
This is a priority!
