So I'm on day 5 of this food and exercise journal. I feel like it's really helping. Even though I've only exercised once since starting, it's one more time than I've exercised in the 5 days prior! It's keeping me honest and it's keeping me mindful of what I'm eating. Hopefully this helps me continue to make exercise a big part of my daily, or at least weekly, routine. Oh, BTW, this is a separate journal in Google Keep.
