Jamie and I are both supremely pissed at Jeff. He has apparently been using our home IP to download torrents of Game of Thrones. Jan got an e-mail from Comcast saying that it happened and that it was a warning to stop downloading illegally. How dumb can that little shit get? Of course Jan forwarded the e-mail to Jamie and I exclusively, leaving Jeff unaware that his careless and disrespectful choices could impact other people. We mustn't shatter his self-worth, he said sarcastically. This in combination with a fresh new stack of pizza boxes being added to the garage, one with a whole pizza still inside and another with half a moldy pizza inside, serves to drive us both over the edge. Jamie and I talked about it and we decided that we need to stop being passive aggressive about this (sending Facebook messages to Jeff and Sarah every time they fuck up) and confront them in person. My suggestion was to have weekly or bi-weekly meetings with everybody to discuss any issues and to discuss what is going on with everybody. It seems like a good way to keep all members of the household apprised of current goings on and to keep us all accountable and responsible for our actions. We'll see if that happens and if it actually works.
