Posted on FB today to announce that I will be using my Twitter account to keep myself accountable in trying to form the habit of exercising once a day for at least 7 minutes. I also asked for FB friends to follow me on Twitter so that I would actually have people I know keeping me honest instead of the random companies and such that inhabit my Twitter feed currently. I'm also writing haiku's on my feed to keep it fun and amusing. Hope this works.
Started the day off with a 7 minute workout. Feeling pretty winded, which probably isn't good. However, I need to persist in this endeavor so I can be healthy and stay healthy. I can't quit with just one day under my belt. Besides, I'm already recovering after a few minutes. It'll get easier every day. And I should be challenging my body. It shouldn't be a breeze, it should take effort. That's what I need to put into this.
