How will each app play a part in my social media persona? How does it simplify my workflow? Is there a desktop version, or just mobile? What are the capabilities that overlap? What capabilities do I actually need? What will I use each platform for? Ideally the majority of the posts would mirror across all platforms but some may lend better to certain types of posts. Obviously LinkedIn will be more professional. Facebook will be more personal. Instagram and twitter will be for shameless self promotion.
