Jamie's parents are here. Just one day in and I can already feel the stress rising. The good thing is, things are actually getting done. I've been working on fixing the shed doors. Joe has been working on fixing the riding mower. We bought new grass seed and a seed spreader and I re-seeded the bare spots of the lawn. Jan is going through all the crap they have stored in their bedroom. I got new wipers for the Tracker and installed those.

Still on the agenda: Cleaning the garage, cleaning the laundry room, burning the burn pile, and more. These are all big projects and I'm a little worried that they are focusing on small potatoes and ignoring the major ones. Kind of figures.

Jamie gets home in about an hour and we are all going to get dinner at the Evil Czech Brewery. Well deserved after a long day with her parents.

Haven't gotten Vista activated on the PC yet but I did sort out the problem with the Plex Server. It seems I forgot to reset my directories when I re-installed Windows. Plex was still looking for my media by the old drive letters and of course wasn't finding anything. I also fixed port forwarding. So now theoretically I should be able to access my media off network. Just have to figure out how... Also, I got the Linksys router to FINALLY act as a client bridge to the Xfinity router. So basically I don't need to have the wireless adapter plugged into the server anymore because it connects to the via ethernet cable to the Linksys router which connects to the Xfinity router wirelessly. Fucking cool, huh?

Lot's of success today. Whew.

Vista is finally activated on HOMEPC. Remote Desktop is working between Chromebook and both HOMEPC and HOMESERV. However, I just tried installing a theme for Vista that would be darker and easier to stare at for extended periods and the thing looked like shit. So I think I'll go ahead and make my own theme.
