So while Jamie was at work the other day a couple dogs got into a scuffle, OK, a fight. Some dumbass calling themselves an assistant director thought it would be a good idea to discharge pepper spray, indoors, in the direction of these dogs. Well, Jamie's upper respiratory system being what it is, her reaction to this was way worse than what her coworkers had. Jamie goes home feeling somewhat under the weather and it just gets worse from there. I'm with her now at the wellness center at IUSB, it's that bad. She's hoping to get something to calm her reaction down while she waits for her managers and directors to get off their asses and file a workers comp claim so she can see a doctor. They seem to think it will just be denied since she, in their opinion, waited more than 24 hours to file an incident report. Bullshit. I'm sure they just don't want their insurance rates to go up or some crap. Nobody even told their director what happened. She had no idea until Jamie called this morning.

Basically Jamie is thinking about quitting. I'm extremely wary of this because I still don't know if this full-time position at banana republic is going to happen. I should find out soon but until I do I don't think she should do anything rash. We'll see.
