OK, accomplishing my goals has not been an easy feat. So as a way to help me get there I'm going to start small. I know what you're thinking: isn't that what you've been doing? Well, yes. And no. Here's my idea: I'll start so small it will actually be hard for me to fail. For example: instead of jumping right in to exercising for 15-20 minutes, I'll stretch for 5 first. Then as I get better at actually accomplishing that goal I'll move up to exercising for 5 or 10 minutes. Then I'll increase that time or add harder stuff to my workout. Same with learning German. I'll work in Doulingo for 5 minutes then increase the time and the difficulty will increase. I'll apply for one or two jobs at a time, as I get better I'll apply for more and more.
