I'm attempting an experiment with cold brew coffee, after wanting to make it for years now, I'm finally doing it. It's a small batch, only two 2 cup mason jars, each with about 7 tbsp of rough ground espresso beans. In the morning I'm going to open them up and strain them through a mesh strainer then through either coffee filters or paper towels, not sure which. Maybe one through each? We'll see how they turn out. =)
