Having trouble focusing on important tasks. Need to find a way to break through this habit. Making some progress however. Here's where my workflow is going: Tasks - Any.do This is simply for daily tasks and subtasks with no repetition. Repetitive tasks go on a calendar. I need to work on writing tasks to seem more doable. For instance, if I need to call someone, include their phone number. If I need to go somewhere, include the address, maybe even a map.

Projects - Trello This would be geared more towards larger projects that have many moving parts. Each project gets a board, each main task gets a card, some cards have check lists, some have due dates, some have files attached.

Goals - Goal Tracker This would help keep me honest while tracking my goals. I would like to use Twitter to add a level of accountability. Primarily this would be for personal habits like exercising on a more consistent basis, not so much for work or school.

I feel like this is an important part of self-improvement; tracking progress and keeping notes on that progress.
