This page is dedicated to projects for home improvements of the Cornell Drive house in Mishawaka (when we move, instead of deleting these projects, some will need to be sent to Archive, while others will be re-purposed for our new house/apartment, whether it be a rental or otherwise).
The house faces East, so the front of the house will be referred to as the East side, the back will be the west side, etc. Further, the walls inside the house will be referred to by the direction one faces then they are looking at that wall. For example, the wall in the kitchen that the sink is against will be referred to as the South wall of the kitchen.
When listing room dimensions in sub-pages they should be formatted as follows:
North wall: 12' 4" x 8'
East wall: 4' 9" x 8'
South wall: 12' 4" x 8'
West wall: 4' 9" x 8'
The first dimension being the width of the wall and the second being the height. I'm not sure yet how to notate rooms that have non-rectangular floor plans, so stay tuned, that's why this page is a stub. If the room (or area) does not have a wall in one direction (like in a hallway), N/A should be used in place of a dimensions.
I would like to list whatever windows and doorways (and their dimensions) as subheads. I also want to list all electrical sockets and switches, their height, their gang number, and, if necessary, what electrical elements they are comprised of.
