This list will be comprised of items that I would eventually want to buy, make, or have. As items are acquired, they can be re-tagged according to where they belong. For example, when I get my Ural, I'll remove the Wishlist tag and give it the Vehicles tag.

Individual items may require more detail than their titles can allow, so further details should be added to the Tiddler and categorized appropriately. For example, as I'm considering my future purchase of a Ural, I may want to specify customizations. So a Header would be added called "Customizations" with each custom detail spelled out.
